Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
For people navigating overwhelm, physical pain, or times of change, this gentle, trauma-informed energy-based bodywork offers deeply supportive care. Craniosacral Therapy sessions focus on present-moment sensations, with gentle touch along the head, neck, spine, and pelvis—the craniosacral areas. These regions are closely connected with your nervous system. Here, you’re offered the space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of ease.
Conversation is minimal, as these sessions focus on body awareness and somatic experience rather than traditional talk therapy.
BCST is a hands-on bodywork practice that uses precise, light touch to encourage the body’s natural rhythms and capacity for self-regulation. Instead of force or manipulation, BCST works with the subtle movements and energy fields within the body—to help restore balance and bring you back to center.
BCST is especially helpful for:
Stress or anxiety
Difficulty sleeping or unwinding
Recovering from life transitions
Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions
Allow the unfolding to begin

What happens during a session?
Welcoming & Check-In
Your session begins with a warm welcome. I’ll invite you to share how you’re feeling and what you hope to receive from our time together.Getting Comfortable
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You’ll simply lie back and relax on a supportive therapy table, with extra cushions and blankets available so you feel completely at ease. The Session
I’ll use gentle, attentive touch on areas such as your head, shoulders, spine, lower back, knees, or feet—always guided by your comfort. I’ll tune in to the subtle rhythms and patterns of your body to meet you.
Integration & Closing
To help you transition smoothly, I may introduce sound bowls during the integration phase. We’ll take a few moments for a gentle check-in, allowing you time to notice any changes in your body, ask questions, or share your experience. -
What Does a Session Feel Like?
You might notice sensations such as warmth, spaciousness, lightness, or gentle tingling. Many people describe feeling peaceful, grounded, or freshly energized. It’s common to experience your muscles softening, your breath deepening, or your mind becoming calmer—sometimes along with a gentle release of emotions.
Whether the shifts are subtle or profound, your experience is always welcomed and respected, with no judgment or expectation.
I invite you to come to your session without expectation or pressure for a specific outcome. The most supportive approach is to allow whatever unfolds to simply be—trusting that your body will guide the process. Each session is unique, and the more you can be present and open, the more space there is for meaningful change to arise naturally. -
Do we need to talk a lot during the session? or tell you about my childhood?
No, this is not a talk-therapy session. While I won’t encourage a lot of conversation or dive into past stories, I will gently check in with you throughout the session—inviting you to notice sensations, feelings, or shifts in your body. This helps you stay connected to your present-moment experience, which is at the heart of somatic work. Our focus will be on what you sense in your body, rather than processing events or concerns from the past.
