Yin Rebirthing Breathwork
For women navigating overwhelm, physical pain, or times of change, this gentle, trauma-informed breathwork offers deeply nurturing support. Yin Breathwork sessions focus on conscious connected breathing—a soft, circular rhythm that flows naturally without pauses between inhale and exhale. Rooted in Leonard Orr's Rebirthing Breathwork tradition, this practice creates space for you to slow down, release stored tension, and reconnect with your innate wisdom.
Conversation is minimal, as these sessions focus on surrendering to your breath's natural rhythm and allowing whatever wants to emerge to surface gently. Unlike forceful breathwork styles, Yin Breathwork emphasizes non-forcefulness and deep relaxation.
Yin Breathwork is a gentle yet profoundly transformative practice that uses soft, conscious connected breathing to guide you into deeper layers of the subconscious. Instead of effort or manipulation, this approach works with your body's natural capacity for self-regulation and healing. The practice activates your parasympathetic nervous system—your body's rest and digest mode—creating a sense of safety that allows authentic healing to unfold at a pace your body and mind can comfortably integrate.
Yin Breathwork is especially helpful for:
Stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
Difficulty sleeping or unwinding
Recovering from life transitions or demanding seasons
Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions
Processing and releasing suppressed emotions and trauma stored in the body
Allow the unfolding to begin

What happens during a session?
Once you're settled, I'll guide you into the conscious connected breathing rhythm—a gentle, circular breath that flows naturally from inhale to exhale without pauses. This isn't forced or intense breathing; instead, it's about finding your body's natural rhythm and allowing it to deepen organically. The breath becomes a doorway into deeper layers of awareness and release.
Gentle Support Throughout
I remain present with you throughout the session, offering gentle guidance when needed and holding space for whatever arises. The session unfolds at your pace, honoring your body's natural capacity for healing without any pressure or expectations.Integration and Closing
Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and conclude with time for gentle integration. You'll have space to share anything that feels important, though there's no obligation to process verbally. Many people feel deeply relaxed, renewed, and more connected to themselves afterward. The experience is uniquely yours—some sessions feel deeply emotional, others profoundly peaceful, and each one offers exactly what you need in that moment.

What Does a Session Feel Like?
As your nervous system begins to relax, you may notice various sensations—tingling, warmth, emotional releases, or profound peace. Some people experience memories surfacing, while others simply feel a deep sense of letting go. There's no "right" way to breathe or respond; your body's wisdom guides the process entirely.
Whether the shifts are subtle or profound, your experience is always welcomed and respected, with no judgment or expectation.
I invite you to come to your session without expectation or pressure for a specific outcome. The most supportive approach is to allow whatever unfolds to simply be—trusting that your body will guide the process. Each session is unique, and the more you can be present and open, the more space there is for meaningful change to arise naturally. -
Do I need to share personal details or talk extensively during the session?
Not at all. Yin Breathwork sessions require very little talking. Unlike traditional talk therapy, this practice works primarily through the breath and body awareness rather than verbal processing.
Your breath does the work. The conscious connected breathing naturally accesses and releases what's ready to be healed, without needing to understand it mentally or explain it verbally. Many profound shifts happen in complete silence.
At the end, you're welcome to share anything that feels important, but there's absolutely no pressure or expectation to do so. Some people prefer to integrate their experience quietly, and that's perfectly honored.
The beauty of this practice is that your body's wisdom guides the entire process—no storytelling required.
