Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Faith Lantz. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

I provide nervous system work using Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing®-informed approach, and breathwork. Sessions are 90 minutes, in-person in Central, Hong Kong.

Session Packages

I work with clients in series of 3, 6, or 9 sessions:

  • 3 sessions: HKD 5,700 (use within 6 weeks)

  • 6 sessions: HKD 10,800 (use within 12 weeks)

  • 9 sessions: HKD 15,300 (use within 16 weeks)

Everyone starts with 3 sessions. The first session serves as an assessment of mutual fit.

Package Expiry

Session packages must be used within the specified timeframe. Extensions may be granted in extenuating circumstances (illness, travel) at my discretion. Unused sessions expire and are non-refundable after the package window closes.

Booking and Scheduling

New clients complete an intake form. I respond within 24 hours. If we're a good fit, I provide calendar access to book sessions. Existing clients have direct calendar access.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of that session.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for a scheduled session without prior notice, that session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Payment

Payment is due at time of booking. I accept bank transfer, PayMe, FPS, or cash. Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Refund Policy

Session packages are non-refundable. If circumstances prevent you from completing your package within the specified window, contact me to discuss options.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for sessions

  • Communicating any health changes, medications, or concerns

  • Informing me if you are pregnant, have recent injuries, or are under medical care

  • Maintaining relationships with medical and mental health providers as needed

Confidentiality

I maintain strict confidentiality of all session content and personal information, except where required by law or when there is risk of harm.

Termination

Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time. Unused sessions in a package are non-refundable.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
