How we work together
Experience Nervous System Work
I work with your nervous system through biodynamic craniosacral therapy, Somatic Experiencing principles, and breathwork.
Your body holds what your mind can't process alone. There are patterns that run deeper than conscious thought.
This is body-based work. We work directly with your nervous system to address what's been stored in your tissues, your breath, your automatic responses.
Sessions are held in a private wellness space in Central, Hong Kong.
Who do I work with?
You’ve already unpacked the stories.
The past, the patterns, the reasons why and still, the body doesn’t feel settled.
You want something different.
Work that doesn't require you to explain or analyze. Work that listens through sensation, contact, and breath instead of a lot of words.
You might be experiencing:
- Burnout and exhaustion that won't lift
- Pain or tension without clear cause
- Sleep issues, anxiety, inability to rest
- The sense that "something is still off"
- Life transitions that have left an imprint on your nervous system
Each session is guided by what you feel, not what you think.
How It Works & Investment
Everyone starts with a series of 3 sessions.
The first session serves as an assessment of mutual fit.
If we both agree to continue, sessions 2 and 3 follow.
Each session blends craniosacral therapy, somatic experiencing principles, and breathwork as needed. You don't choose the modality. I assess what your nervous system is ready for.
Sessions are 90 minutes.

What is the session flow?
Welcoming & Check-In
Your session begins with a warm welcome. I’ll invite you to share how you’re feeling and what you hope to receive from our time together.Getting Comfortable
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You’ll simply lie back and relax on a supportive therapy table, with extra cushions and blankets available so you feel completely at ease. The Session
I’ll use gentle, attentive touch on areas such as your head, shoulders, spine (craniosacral system) and include lower back, knees, or feet. Always guided by your comfort.
Integration & Closing
To help you transition smoothly, I may introduce sound bowls during the integration phase. We’ll take a few moments for a gentle check-in, allowing you time to notice any changes in your body, ask questions, or share your experience. -
What does a session feel like?
You might notice warmth, spaciousness, lightness, or gentle tingling.
Many people describe feeling peaceful, grounded, or freshly energized.
It's common to experience your muscles softening, your breath deepening, or your mind becoming calmer and sometimes along with a gentle release of emotions.
Whether the shifts are subtle or profound, your experience is welcomed with no judgment or expectation.
I invite you to come without pressure for a specific outcome. Trust that your body will guide the process.
-
Do we need to talk a lot during the session? or tell you about my childhood?
No, this is not a talk-therapy session. While I won’t encourage a lot of conversation or dive into past stories, I will gently check in with you throughout the session inviting you to notice sensations, feelings, or shifts in your body. This helps you stay connected to your present-moment experience, which is at the heart of somatic work.
✺ FAQ ✺
-
Most people come once a week or once every two weeks. The rhythm can adjust depending on what your body needs and how you integrate between sessions.
-
Nothing. Just come open to possibility.
-
No, this work happens through the body rather than conversation. You don’t need to tell your story or analyze your experiences. We work with what the body shows us through sensation and stillness.
Conversation is minimal. I'll check in with you to help you notice sensations and shifts in your body, but we don't talk through your history or process events. The focus is on present-moment body awareness.
-
No. Craniosacral therapy uses very light touch (about the weight of a coin) on specific areas, primarily your head, spine, and sacrum. You remain fully clothed and the pressure is much lighter than massage. The work is with your nervous system, not your muscles.
-
Most people describe it as gentle, still, and grounding. My hands are placed on specific areas of your body while I listen to the subtle rhythms of your craniosacral system. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Others notice very little physically but feel different afterward.
-
Yes. Our sessions complement psychotherapy, coaching, or medical treatment. It does not replace medical care.
-
Many people find relief from patterns such as chronic tension, headaches, or digestive imbalance. The focus is on supporting the body’s natural ability to repair and regulate, rather than treating a specific symptom.
-
I don't offer single sessions. Nervous system regulation requires consistency. Everyone starts with 3 sessions minimum, which allows your body to complete the arc of release and integration.
