A new way to live in a fast world
Your body was never meant to move at one speed. It needs moments of slow to restore, soften and return to its natural intelligence. Here, slow becomes a skill. A recalibration. A way for your nervous system to regain clarity, longevity and sustainable energy.
Support for:
stress and emotional overwhelm
sleep disruptions and nervous system fatigue
burnout and the wired-but-tired cycle
the lingering effects of past experiences held in the body
This is alternative, holistic, trauma-informed somatic care grounded in the work of Peter Levine, Stephen Porges and Franklyn Sills.
Why This Matters
The Slow Fast Life matters because no one can operate at one speed forever. The body needs contrast. It needs space to restore. It needs moments of settling so that it can rise again with strength.
Nervous system work teaches you this balance. It shows your system how to soften out of constant alertness and return to a steadier inner rhythm. When your nervous system gains capacity, your life gains possibility.
This is the groundwork for clarity. This is the root of longevity. This is where sustainable energy begins. Your nervous system is the command center of your inner world, constantly scanning for safety and guiding how you think, feel and respond. When it becomes supported rather than strained, everything in your life begins to shift.

Meet Faith Lantz
Like many of you, I thought the solution to the Hong Kong hustle was an exit strategy. I moved to Bali, convinced that rice paddies and ocean air would finally turn off the high-alert switch in my brain.
It didn't work.
The buzzing and the inability to rest didn't vanish with a change of place. I realized that true ease is not an external circumstance. It is an internal setting shaped by the nervous system.
That was the turning point. I returned to Hong Kong with a new mission: not to escape the fast life, but to master the art of moving through it.
I am Faith. A Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Somatic Experiencing® Informed Guide and Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner. The modalities I have chosen all point to the nervous system. And all believe in the power of gentleness. I listen to the body’s patterns, its physiology and the energetic architecture beneath it, trusting the system’s own wisdom to guide the process.
I offer a space that is intuitive and attentive to the subtle shifts that matter. My intention is to help your system settle, reorganise and return to a calmer, more resilient way of being.

A Quick FAQ
What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy (Biodynamic) has its roots in osteopathy and uses gentle contact on specific areas of the body to support the unwinding of tension, the softening of long held patterns and the system’s natural capacity to reorganise.
Many people seek BCST for nervous system settling, deep rest, improved sleep and a greater sense of ease in the body. It is also commonly used for tension patterns such as headaches, jaw tightness, neck discomfort and the lingering effects of stress that the body has been carrying.

What is Somatic Experiencing®?
Somatic Experiencing® is a somatically informed approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine. It supports your system by gently tracking sensations, impulses and internal rhythms that reflect how your body responds to stress.
In a session, we use conversation to notice what is happening inside your system in the present moment. You might become aware of shifts in breath, temperature, tension, movement or emotion. We follow these cues slowly and intentionally, allowing your system to settle, release and reorganise at a pace that feels safe. The work does not involve physical manipulation and does not require you to revisit your past. We focus on what your body is expressing now.
What is Rebirthing Breathwork?
Rebirthing Breathwork (or Yin Breathwork) is a gentle form of conscious connected breathing that invites the body to soften patterns held beneath the surface. The breath stays relaxed, continuous and unforced. As the system settles into this rhythm, tension can unwind, emotion can move and more space becomes available inside the body.
This approach is different from holotropic breathing. Holotropic practices use stronger, faster breathing and can create intense altered states. Rebirthing is much softer. It works with ease, not intensity, and follows the natural pace of your system. There is no pushing, no hyperventilation and no forcing of catharsis. Your body leads the way.
In a session, we work with breath, sensation and awareness, allowing whatever arises to move gently and in its own time.
